Over the years I have often been asked why people should use us at Alan McGillivray Real Estate, so it is my pleasure to explain. I have been in real estate for over 45 years and in that time even had six branches/offices in Melbourne  before I relocated to the Gold Coast in 1981for the 'beautiful one day perfect the next' lifestyle. I opened my Surfers Paradise real estate office in 1982, and are still located at the original office I opened.

The main difference with me is I offer my clients a professional and individualised service in all aspects of real estate which has accorded me a proud reputation still to this day.

I am one of the longest active serving Real Estate Principals operating on the Gold Coast, and have held senior positions with the R.E.I.Q. and number of business associations. Through my many years of experience I have acquired strong effective marketing skills and outstanding client support through my reliability and professional integrity.

I have always embraced change and kept abreast of all the changes experienced in this field, from technology, changing laws and presentations etc... My personal knowledge and hardworking team is well respected for our honesty and reliability especially in real estate matters.
